Figure 1The ultrasonography image of cervical lymph nodes in comparison with ultrasound contrast and color ultrasound images. The images produced by color ultrasound are used for the evaluation of the nature of lymph node lesions. The characteristics of “uneven enhancement” and “fast forward and slow backward” are observed after ultrasound contrast. Postoperative pathological analysis confirms lymph node metastasis.
