Abstract
Computer-assisted instruction holds promise for individualizing continuing education programs. This article describes how staff nurse educators are taught how to use the principles of instructional design to write clinical nursing simulations. At the conclusion of a 15-hour workshop participants have written, programmed, and begun the process of field testing their simulation.Entities:
