Abstract
Background: Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a long-standing disease and has been shown to cause significant impairment in patients' quality of life. Saline nasal irrigation is a proven adjunct in the treatment of AR. The addition of steroid to the saline solution can provide local steroid effect and increase the effectiveness of this technique. Our study aimed to determine the effectiveness of budesonide nasal irrigation as an adjunct to the treatment of AR, compared with saline nasal irrigation.Entities:
