Abstract
BACKGROUND: Research consistently demonstrates that physical punishment of children including "spanking" is harmful. Interest in effective prevention is growing rapidly. The aim of the current study is to examine spanking beliefs among adolescents and parents in relation to reports of spanking that the adolescents experienced before 11 years of age.Entities:
