Abstract
Lymphedema tarda is a rare form of primary lymphedema. Its cause is unknown; an autoimmune destruction of lymphatic channels can be hypothesized. A case of lymphedema tarda in which direct immunofluorescent studies of involved tissue showed no immune deposits is presented. The differential diagnosis of this condition is also discussed.Entities:
