Abstract
The potential proliferative activity of glial tumors has been investigate by serial stereotactic biopsies and by "in vitro" 3H-thymidine incorporation procedure (labeling index, LI). The methodology of this combined approach and the preliminary results in 33 patients are reported. Cell kinetic data have been matched with the histological classification (W.H.O.).Entities:
