Abstract
Background: Increasing evidence has supported that serum uric acid (SUA), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and waist circumference (WC) are associated with the occurrence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). However, the combined role of these factors in early screening of NAFLD has not been investigated. We aimed to de lineate this role in a community-based population.Entities:

The model developed with NAFLD occurrence as a response variable, and combination of ALT, SUA, WC, age and gender as independent variables. The AUROC of the model was 0.825 (95% CI [0.811–0.838]).
