Abstract
Most large series of neonatal ovarian cysts are limited to those diagnosed in the newborn period. Eight cases of fetal ovarian cysts diagnosed prenatally by ultrasound have been reported, only one of which was aspirated in utero. Reported is the youngest fetus to undergo in utero aspiration of an ovarian cyst to reduce the risk of secondary pulmonary hypoplasia.Entities:
