Abstract
PURPOSE: Currently there are a limited number of comprehensive studies exploring in more depth the relationship between burnout and quality of life (QoL) of medical residents during residency training. This study aims to examine the correlation between burnout and residents' QoL and explore the factors associated with burnout in residency training.Entities:

How to read the table, for example the results in the first row read as follow: every increment of residents’ age, results in increase of physical domain by 0.813 point, decrease of phychological domain by 0.29 point, increase in social domain by 0.30 point, and increase in environment domain by 0.10.
QoL: Quality of life, EE: Emotional exhaustion, DP: Depersonalization, PA: Personal accomplishment, NS: Not significant, Ref: Reference.
Test not conducted.
A reference group is any group that is used as a point of comparison.
Merged group for regression test.
