Abstract
Epididymal leiomyosarcoma (LMS) is a rare malignancy. Because the risk of recurrence is high, proper approach is important. Here, we present a patient with scrotal swelling who underwent surgical excision via scrotal incision, and the histopathological diagnosis was epididymal LMS. The decision was then made to perform inguinal radical orchiectomy.Entities:
