A rapid high-yield purification procedure for the cyclic adenosine 3',5'-monophosphate receptor protein from Escherichia coli.

T Boone, G Wilcox.

Abstract

A new method for the purification of the cyclic adenosine 3',5'-monophosphate receptor protein from Escherichia coli has been developed. The method is rapid and simple, and a very high yield of the purified protein is obtained which is not contaminated with either DNAase or RNAase activity.
