The pinwheel flap nipple and barrier areola graft reconstruction.

I K Cohen, J A Ward, B Chandrasekhar.

Abstract

The pinwheel flap with a snug barrier areola graft appears to be an efficacious modification of Little's quadripod flap for nipple reconstruction. Further, long-term evaluation is needed to test the validity of these observations over several years.
