Abstract
Seventeen patients with hydroceles or epididymal cysts were treated by tapping and injection with ethanolamine oleate. All 11 patients with hydroceles were cured. Three of six patients with epididymal cysts were cured. There were no cases of haematoma or infection. Sclerotherapy is recommended as primary treatment for all men over 50 years with hydroceles and for selected cases with epididymal cysts.Entities:
