Abstract
Ultrasound guided percutaneous drainage of seven hepatic abscesses in five pediatric patients was performed. Abscesses were pyogenic in four of the patients and amebic in one. All patients recovered completely without surgical intervention. Methodology necessary in the pediatric patient is stressed.Entities:
