Abstract
Perinatal tuberculosis (TB) is a rare disease with severe clinical conditions that may spread to several organs. Early diagnosis to initiate an anti-TB regimen is key to saving patients. We report the successful treatment of two preterm babies with perinatal TB and sepsis at the National Children's Hospital (NCH), Vietnam.Entities:
