Scale for assessment of somatic symptoms
The severity of SS is rated from 1 to 3. (1: mild; 2: moderate - interferes with sleep, appetite; 3: severe - interferes with sleep, activity, occupation, and social functions). The SS is to be considered as the present should have been noted or occurred during the previous two weeks.
