Abstract
A pregnant patient presenting with acute abdominal pain was found to have an intrahepatic mass, the features of which, on computed tomography and ultrasound examination, suggested a solid lesion. At surgery this proved to be a solitary intrahepatic choledochal cyst (Todani Type 5) with areas of malignant degeneration.Entities:
