Abstract
We describe a shoulder reduction technique by direct distraction at the glenohumeral joint in supine position. The technique can be performed by one or two providers and has an easy learning curve, and the use of anesthesia is not mandatory. It is anatomically based and combines traction-counter-traction technique along with scapula manipulation.Entities:
