Subcorneal pustular dermatosis with polyarthritis.

Abstract

A 19-year-old man experienced the acute onset of subcorneal pustular dermatosis (SPD), fever, and a symmetrical polyarthritis. The association of SPD with acute polyarthritis is rare.
