Abstract
We described two cases of acute pancreatitis secondary to ansa pancreatica. The first patient was diagnosed on MRCP and improved after standard treatment of AP. In the second case, ansa pancreatica was diagnosed on IOP. At the second episode of AP, sphincterotomy of the minor papilla was performed.Entities:
