Abstract
A white woman who had sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphoadenopathy (SHML) presented with a painful goiter and tender cervical lymph nodes. She had biochemical evidence of hypothyroidism but remained clinically euthyroid. Histologic examination confirmed SHML in the thyroid and cervical lymph nodes. The disease remitted spontaneously.Entities:
