Abstract
BACKGROUND: It is unclear if the modified extended pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) has better outcome superior the conventional PD for patients with pancreatic head carcinoma (PHC). The objective of this study is to compare the survival outcomes of the classic PD procedure and the modified extended PD procedure for PHC.Entities:
