X-ray examination confirmed 71 cases (78.89%) of DDH, ultrasound confirmed 78 cases (86.67%), and MRI confirmed 55 cases (91.67%). indicated a notable difference in the diagnostic accuracy between X-ray and MRI (X2 = 4.640, P = 0.031).
