Abstract
OBJECTIVES: MicroRNAs (miRNA) are functional RNAs that have emerged as pivotal gene expression regulators in cardiac disease. Figure 1There was a significant positive association between LVEF and circulating miR-489 levels in patients with DCM (p=0.04, r=0.46).
