Abstract
Sjogren's syndrome is a chronic autoimmune disorder characterized by keratoconjunctivitis sicca, xerostomia, and recurrent enlargement of the salivary glands. Most commonly noted in adults, it rarely affects adolescents. We describe a 15-year-old adolescent with recurrent parotid enlargement as an initial manifestation of this disease.Entities:
