Abstract
A case is presented of a young adult with splenic hemorrhage secondary to infectious mononucleosis. The patient was managed successfully without surgery and has done well over the long term with progressive resolution of the hematoma on ultrasound. The implications of this case for the management of patients with this syndrome are discussed.Entities:
