In the histopathological examination of ovarian tissue in TD group, degeneration, hemorrhage and tissue disruption were observed. In the sham and healthy treated groups, normal follicular development, normal histological assessment and normal morphology of follicles were visualized. In tissue sections of the sham group, no hemorrhage and tissue degeneration was observed. In the treated group, all of the tissue damage and degeneration were replaced with administration of minocycline.
