Abstract
A 6-year-old boy with behavioral changes was found to have clinical and electrographically defined narcolepsy. He has HLA-DR2 as do virtually all adult narcoleptics. This finding raises new diagnostic, etiopathogenetic, and future therapeutic issues.Entities:
