Abstract
BACKGROUND: Frequency of Advanced Parkinson's Disease (APD) and its clinical characteristics are still not well defined. Here, we aimed to assess APD prevalence in the Italian OBSERVE-PD cohort, as well as treatment eligibility to device-aided therapies (DAT), and to compare the APD clinical judgment with the established Delphi criteria.Entities:
