Figure 2FA studies demonstrate delayed central retinal vein filling in the left eye. While the central retinal arteries began filling 6 seconds after the fluorescein dye injection was complete (approximately 16 seconds after the injection was initiated), complete filling of the peripheral branches of the central retinal artery progressed but was never complete even by the end of the angiogram (4 minutes and 30 seconds – not shown).
