Abstract

The data used in the statistical model was obtained from the same muscles at same post-slaughter period (24 h) of intact males (harvested at 25.74-months of age, body weight of 728 kg, raised under identical conditions) of the same cattle breed (Hanwoo) in another of our research projects (Project No. PJ01212501).
