Abstract
A 22-year-old healthy man was admitted for oedema 15 days after the first injection of the COVISHIELD coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine (Oxford AstraZeneca) vaccine. Nephrotic syndrome was diagnosed and a kidney biopsy showed minimal change disease. Oral prednisolone was started at 1 mg/kg/day resulting in complete remission within 1 week.Entities:
