Abstract
BACKGROUND: In 2018, a virtual community of practice (CoP) for pharmacists working in family medicine groups (FMGs) in Quebec province was developed. The aim of this CoP-called Réseau Québécois des Pharmaciens GMF (RQP GMF)-was to foster best practices by supporting FMG pharmacists. This study assesses the processes and outcomes of this CoP 2 years after its creation.Entities:
