Gastric angiodysplasia--a missed cause of gastrointestinal bleeding.

Abstract

We report a case of severe chronic iron deficiency anaemia secondary to blood loss from gastric angiodysplasia. The clinical features, diagnosis and management of this uncommon condition are discussed.
