Abstract
Five new dolabellane diterpenes, clavularinlides A-E (1-5), and four new racemic elemane alkaloids, clavulacylides A-D (7-10), together with one known compound (6), were isolated from the soft coral Clavularia inflata collected in the South China Sea. Their structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR, HRESIMS, calculated ECD, and DP4+ probability analyses. Compounds 1-7 showed anti-inflammatory activity in the zebrafish assay.Entities:
