Figure 1A flow chart of the study design. We initially included all FET cycles that were performed in Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from 2017 to 2019. According to the exclusion criteria, we excluded 1,505 FET cycles. The remaining 1,834 cycles were divided into three groups: Group A: FET cycles with only MG blastocysts; Group B: FET cycles with at least one MNG blastocyst; and Group C: Day 3 cleavage embryo transfer. Cases in Group A, Group B, and/or Group C were used to analyze factors affecting BPL. We further excluded FET cycles with BPL, and cases in Group A, Group B, and/or Group C were used to analyze factors affecting CPL. BPL, biochemical pregnancy loss; CPL, clinical pregnancy loss. FET, frozen-thawed embryo transfer.
