Abstract
OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to clarify the relative prognostic value of each History, Electrocardiography, Age, Risk Factors, and Troponin (HEART) score component for major adverse cardiac events (MACE) within 3 months and validate the modified HEART (mHEART) score.Entities:

Risk factors: diagnosed hypertension, diagnosed hyperlipidemia, diagnosed diabetes mellitus, family history of coronary artery disease, current smoking status (<90 days), and obesity (body mass index ≥30 kg/m2).
History of atherosclerotic disease: myocardial infarction, percutaneous intervention, coronary artery bypass graft, ischemic stroke, peripheral arterial disease, or carotid artery disease.
