Abstract
Psychiatric disease is one of the greatest health challenges of our time. The pipeline for conceptually novel therapeutics remains low, in part because uncovering the biological mechanisms of psychiatric disease has been difficult. We asked experts researching different aspects of psychiatric disease: what do you see as the major urgent questions that need to be addressed?
