Abstract
More than ten years have passed since data collection was initiated in the IMPACT registry. Over the last decade, difficulties in data access and a lack of autonomy have led to a disengagement of the congenital community, with the usefulness of IMPACT to patients and providers being questioned. This article outlines some of problems identified using an online survey among interventional congenital cardiologists, and provides possible solutions for the future.Entities:
