Abstract
Massive upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage occurred in a 66-year-old man 18 days after suture plication of a giant gastric ulcer. Arteriography revealed a splenic arteriogastric fistula. Therapeutic embolization with tissue adhesive (bucrylate) successfully controlled hemorrhage after failure of attempted particulate embolization.Entities:
