Abstract
An uncommon case of diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH) is described in a patient with situs viscerum inversus. The radiographic features typical of DISH are present only on the left side of the thoracic spine. This finding confirms the role of the descending thoracic aorta in preventing the location of DISH on the left side.Entities:
