CMAJ has been made aware of an error that occurred in the Aug. 3, 2021, issue.1 In Figure 3, the number of pregnant people in Ontario who underwent first-tier cell-free fetal DNA screening should have been 5750, not 575. This has been corrected at cmaj.ca.
