Abstract
Two cases of penicillamine-induced myasthenia gravis in rheumatoid polyarthritis are reported. A complete recovery was obtained in both cases. The authors discuss the clinical presentation and the pathogenetic mechanisms of that drug-induced myasthenia gravis. The presence in both cases of both the HLA antigens DR1 and BW35 is emphasized.Entities:
