Abstract
Mycoplasma salivarium cells propagated in PPLO broth (Difco Laboratories, Detroit, Mich.) supplemented with rabbit serum (10% [vol/vol]) and harvested by centrifugation were shown to contain rabbit immunoglobulin G (IgG) (approximately 4 to 10% of total cell proteins) and to produce IgM autoantibodies to IgG when inoculated into rabbits.Entities:
