Abstract
A patient is presented with cranial nerve dysfunction which was attributed to a meningeal involvement of chronic lymphocytic leukemia of the B cell type. Cytology and lymphocyte count in the spinal fluid were normal. The diagnosis was made on the basis of cell marker studies by immunocytochemistry of the cerebrospinal fluid cells.Entities:
