Abstract
BACKGROUND: Adrenal sarcomas are rare malignant tumors with structural and clinical similarities to sarcomatoid adrenocortical carcinoma. Preoperative diagnosis of tumors of the adrenal gland can be challenging and often misleading thus detaining patients from appropriate oncological strategies.Entities:
