In the article titled “M1-type microglia can induce astrocytes to deposit chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan after spinal cord injury” published on pages 1072–1079, Issue 5, Volume 17 of Neural Regeneration Research (Yu et al., 2022), the authors would like to correct the following errors because of mistake in description and also oversight during final proof checking. a) The y-axis label in Figures 2C, 2F and 4B was incorrectly written as “iNOS+ CX3CR1+”, “Arg1+ CX3CR1+”, and “% of TGFβ1+ CX3CR1+/CXCR1+” respectively instead of “iNOS+ CX3CR1–”, “Arg1+ CX3CR1–” and “% of TGFβ1+ CX3CR1+/ CX3CR1+”, respectively. b) In the 2nd paragraph (with the subheading “Microglia are primarily M1-type at 3 and 7 days post-injury”) of Results section, line 12 from bottom, “iNOS+CX3CR1–” should be “iNOS+ CX3CR1–”.
