Abstract
Appropriate and timely management of ST-elevation myocardial infarction is a major challenge in developing countries due to inadequate infrastructure and trained manpower. The TN-STEMI Program was a successful STEMI system of care that was run in the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Lessons learnt from this programme could help to understand the challenges and provide solutions to running similar programmes in low- and middle-income countries.Entities:
