Abstract
Gonorrhea is a common sexually transmitted disease that can be seen worldwide. Gonorrhea usually presents with the genital disorder. Nevertheless, rare clinical manifestation can also be seen. Here, the authors would like to present the case of a female prostitute presenting with repeated tonsillitis and finally diagnosed for gonococcal tonsillar infection. In the present day, there are a variety of sexual preferences and sexual intercourse that might result in unexpected clinical problems. Asking for the unusual oral sex history should be included in the history taking of the patients with recurrent pharyngitis and tonsillitis. Copyright:Entities:
