Abstract
The morbidity and mortality of complicated endocarditis remains a serious problem. Left ventriculo-pulmonary artery fistula after culture-negative native aortic valve endocarditis is quite rare. A very rare case of left ventriculo-pulmonary artery fistula arising as a result of culture-negative native aortic valve endocarditis in a 70-year-old patient with no underlying medical history other than acute cholangitis has been reviewed in the light of literature. © Indian Association of Cardiovascular-Thoracic Surgeons 2021.Entities:
